Rheaction was founded on a simple observation: traditional recruiting agencies weren't built for the pace and culture of modern startups. Founders were frustrated with generic candidates, slow processes, and recruiters who didn't understand their vision.

We set out to change that. Instead of sending dozens of resumes and hoping something sticks, we take the time to understand your company, your culture, and your specific needs. Meet Our Founder

Teína Prado

Born and raised in Sao Paulo - Brazil, Teína built her early career in HR at major corporations including Mercedes-Benz, Marsh & McLennan, and Bayer before discovering her true passion: connecting talented people with opportunities that transform careers. But she wanted more than incremental change—she wanted to disrupt an entire industry.

In 2019, that drive led her to Silicon Valley. Through an HR executive immersion program in the heart of tech innovation, Teína studied how the world's most successful companies approached talent and growth. She learned that the best startups didn't just hire employees—they found co-builders who shared their vision.

When Teína launched Rheaction in the United States, she made a deliberate choice: focus exclusively on startups. Not Fortune 500 companies. Not established enterprises. Startups.

Because startups operate differently—they move fast, take risks, and need people who can thrive in ambiguity and build something from nothing.

Described by colleagues as a "natural relationship builder with a warm, friendly approach and cutting-edge ideas," Teína doesn't just fill roles—she becomes a trusted advisor to founders navigating one of their most critical challenges: hiring the right people at the right time.
