Teína Prado is the founder and vision behind Rheaction. With over a decade of experience working in global organizations—including Marsh & McLennan, Mercedes-Benz, and Bayer—Teína brings deep expertise in leading talent strategies and building high-performing teams at scale.
Her career spans complex industries like finance, automotive, life sciences, and startups, giving her a rare cross-functional lens on what makes hiring work—whether for product managers, operations teams, or creative leads. At every step, her focus has remained the same: create meaningful matches between people and opportunity.
