About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Head of Sales to build and lead our sales organization as we scale from $10M to $50M ARR. You'll define our sales strategy, build a high-performing team, and establish processes that drive predictable growth.
Requirements
• 10+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience • 5+ years in sales leadership roles • Proven track record of scaling sales teams from 5 to 50+ reps • Experience selling to mid-market and enterprise customers • Strong analytical skills and data-driven approach • Excellent executive presence and communication
Nice to Have
• Experience in our target vertical (HR Tech, Marketing Tech, or Sales Tech) • Previous Series B/C startup experience • Experience with Salesforce and modern sales stack
