This is a rare opportunity to join as the first in-house recruiter and directly shape how we attract, evaluate, and hire world-class talent.
The Role:
We're hiring a Founding Recruiter to own the full recruiting function end-to-end. You will partner directly with founders and leadership to build the talent engine that fuels our growth. This role will focus primarily on technical recruiting (engineering & product) while also flexing into GTM and operations hiring as needed. You will not be inheriting a recruiting team — you will be building it.
Requirements
• 4+ years of experience in fast-paced, high-growth recruiting environments
• Strong technical recruiting background (engineering & product focus)
• Experience as an early recruiting hire scaling organizations (0→1 or early-stage build)
• Proven ability to source and close passive candidates at top-tier tech companies or startups
• Ability to flex into GTM and operations hiring when needed
• Experience with modern recruiting tools (e.g., Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter)
• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Builder mentality — you like creating systems, not inheriting them
• High standards for talent and strong calibration instincts
• Relationship-focused communicator who can influence senior stakeholders

• Demonstrated success building recruiting infrastructure from scratch
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and moving quickly without heavy structure
