Product Designer (AI-Native, Data-Heavy Systems)

We are looking for a highly capable Product Designer to join our Product & Design team. You will work on interfaces that surface predictions, insights, and modeled outcomes — from simulating the behavior of a niche consumer segment to forecasting responses across national populations. This is not a brand or marketing design role. This is a deeply product-focused, AI-native systems design position.

• 2+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolio • Experience shipping products end-to-end at a Series B+ startup, top-tier tech company, or high-performing agency • Exceptional UI quality and visual rigor • Experience designing data-heavy interfaces and dashboards • Comfort working across web applications and complex workflows • Strong understanding of UX principles, research, journey mapping, and prototyping • Ability to ship something 90% complete in half the time while maintaining quality • Experience collaborating closely with engineering teams

• Experience working on AI-native or ML-integrated products • Experience designing predictive systems or decision-support tools • Experience with financial, analytics, or enterprise SaaS platforms • Systems-oriented thinker with high taste • Comfortable operating under ambiguity
